Setting up your own basic business or event listing is very easy and can be done in a few minutes. You will need the following information for a fast set up process:
- Business name* (Brand or Name of Owner)
- Logo – Image file (only if available)
- Choosing a Category* / Service category (provided by us)
- Location* by Pin or Address
- Region* (in witch area / region is your business located: Paphos, Geroskipou, Peyia, Polis)
- Description* of your Business (short or long)
- Image of your Business (only if available)
- Opening Hours (optional)
Information with * must be given.
Tipp: Most of the form fields are self-explaining. All values can be changed or optimized later after your submission. So don’t mind.
Let's start with your listing:
- If you are currently not logged in or you don’t have a Paphos-Places.com account, please login or register as business owner.
Click on the “Sign In” button in top right on Paphos-Places.com
Tipp: We recommend, you register with your Facebook or Google Account. It’s the easiest way.
- After you are logged in, you find the “Add Listing” button on any page at the top right. Click on it or open the URL: https://paphos-places.com/add-listing/
- For your listing you have to select a package. Read more about our packages here. Then select the package you want by clicking on “Select This Package” and move to the next step by clicking on the “Submit Listing” Button at the bottom of the page.
- In this step you choose the Listing Type. You can add a Service-Listing (recommended for any kind of business) or you can add an Event-Listing (recommended for seminars, festivals, concerts etc.).
- After choosing the listing type the main Add-Listing form opens. It has 5 sections by default (FREE-Package):
- Business Information: Basic Information (Business name, Logo, Category, special Service Category, Keyword and a Feature-Selection if provided)
- Location: Address Information, where your business or event is located. You can use the pin to point at your business location or give your address at the Address field.
- Details: Add here a description of your business. What are your services or products? Since when are you on business? What are you known for? What’s your specialization?
- Gallery: You can add up to 30 images, depending on your package. If you upload a minimum of 5 images, they will be shown as a nice gallery.
- Opening Hours: Show your customers your opening hours. Your listing will contain a nice looking time table with your opening hours and a signal badge “Now open” depending on the current day and time.
- Business Information: Basic Information (Business name, Logo, Category, special Service Category, Keyword and a Feature-Selection if provided)
- Preview your listing by clicking on the “Preview” button. You will see how your listing will look like. Check your listing and click on “Submit Listing” to finish or in case of chances “Edit Listing”.
- Checkout to get your listing be shown on Paphos-Places.com, even if you don’t have to pay because you used the FREE-package. Fill all necessary fields and Click on “Place Order” to proceed. If you have a paid package you will be directed to the payment process.
- After your Checkout / Payment your listing is saved and in our queue to get proved. We will release your listing as soon as possible. Most of the time in less than 30 minutes.
