Do I need technical knowledege to set up BOOQnb?
No. Onboarding walks you through connecting your HBook plugin or iCal feed in under ten minutes. We built the setup so that someone with no developer background can finish it during a coffee break. If anything snags, the Pro and Scale plans include a personal onboarding call.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on servers in Frankfurt (DE) – exclusively within the EU, fully complying with the strict requirements of EU data protection regulations. Sensitive data is always stored encrypted. Magic links are cryptographically secured. Each guest only sees their own booking. A data processing agreement is available from the pilot phase on.
Do I need to quit on my current platforms?
No, absolutely not. BOOQnb runs as a layer complementing your existing platforms. BOOQnb is not intended to replace your platforms. We simply give you back your guest relationship management.
