01/12/2025 at 16:23I was recently on holiday in Paphos and injured my upper back lifing my case down awkwardly. After two days of pain and not sleeping, I needed professional help! I chose Nicos based on his reviews and it was a good choice. He identified the source of the pain straight away and started working on the damaged area. By the end of the session i had more movement, less stiffness and less pain, so I was able to enjoy the remainder of my holiday. I was given some exercises and Nicos also gave a summary of what he had done, so i could forward the infomation to my osteopath in the UK. I would certainly recommend Nicos!
